I hear ya sister! Man, I just cannot if you paid me cash money do another one of those. I would barf anyway. I think for me my body is just completely revolted by it.

That said, I'm kinda a novice at this MC, being only on day 2 of my first one. What I am using is Dr. Schulze 's intestinal formula #1. The stuff is awesome.
