I have just been feeling so run down lately and I dont know what else to do. I have done Master-Cleanse before during school but righ tnow in the semester I am under a lot of stress.I made some homemade veggie broth and had some of that and also some other kinds of juices. So well see how I feel tommorow, but I need my energy back and this is the only way I knwo how to get it back. Any othr suggestons? Ill try anything. I have not even had enough energ to work out for 3 weeks
