Chronic Ehrlichiosis in young dog (Chow Chow)

I am desparate I have a 2 year old Chow Chow with Chronic Ehrlichiosis. His symptoms are:
anorexia (lack of appetite)
weight loss
lethargy (mild to severe)
discharge from the nose or eyes (in puppies, sneezing or clear nasal discharge)
diarrhea (may contain blood or raspberry gel-like component) cough-deep or merely hacking
neurological signs repetitive obsessive/compulsive actions such as licking paws un-coordination
depression
vomiting bile (yellow and possibly frothy) stained fluid
muscle wasting
regenerative or non-regenerative anemia
weakness
incontinence
This is a rough list of signs he has had. We are fighting Anemia now as an ongoing thing. His PCV (Paced Cell volume) is being watched very carefully now. He is at the moment being treated with Doxocyline 1 twice aday. And Prednisone currently 1 every other day. When I got him a year or two ago from a Rescue I was told that they removed over 300 ticks from his little 30lb 11 month old body.

Since he is what they call Chronic and his own body is his ememy now, killing his own blood cells. I am desparate for a proper cleans to make his body heal to be able to functin normally and get him off the chemical drugs and live a full life.

I am a follower of Dr Schultze and would like to try something from him for Cody. Any suggestions? I read the Lyme's Disease info here and it sound like he need a 30 day cleans???
