One thing that really worked well for me was a homeopathic called UNDA 39 .......... that one is for tapeworms. I didnt have my usual horrible die off.... it was pretty gentle..... You can get that at Suppliments Plus on Church St...... or the Big Carrot( I think)....

I also found that liver flushing, colonics and enemas, really really help with the die-off....
