hmmm...everything i eat that i feel makes me healthy is supposingly not for my type (a) - yet the foods that are for type a end up making me feel bloated and clogged up.
so, i'm not sure what to tell you about that diet, but i think most things in moderation, and depending on your lifestyle, how fast you burn, how much you exercise..are a factor. some foods tend to be more seasonal too. in the summer i eat lots of sushi, in the winter more heavier foods as my body needs the fuel to burn.
