breast cancer and pregnancy

I have recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and am 15 weeks pregnant. I have had a lumpectomy and unfortunately they found that it has spread to my lymph nodes. This has been a nightmare for me as different doctors have told me it is safe to have chemotherapy during pregnancy. I have been told that waiting until the baby is born will give me a 50/50 chance. The thought of pumping drugs to me baby in order to save my life just kills me. I have been also been told to consider terminating the pregnancy in order to get immediate chemo and radiation and this would increase by odds.

Many of the cleanses I have read about are also not safe for pregnant women. Please - someone help! I am so terrified and do not know what to do!
