I took the first ES, the only complaint I had was that it was so coooooold! I kept it in the fridge as suggested, and since I NEVER drink or eat anything cold, it nearly killed me...
I mixed the 4 tbsp. of ES with 1 cup of warm water, they dissolved pretty quickly; I then added 1 1/2 cups of freshly squeezed GJ, and topped it up with 1/2 cup organic apple juice (ran out of GJ). After downing it, I sucked on a peppermint for a few seconds, and that was it.
Waiting for the 8:00pm shot...
