Probiotics, can you use them in a coffee enema?

Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if you can use probiotics in the enema bag, to make sure the good bacteria gets to the large intestine and the colon.
I thought maybe this is better that taken by mouth.
Will this help with digetion also?
Ever since my gallbladder attack, I haven't been able to digest anything properly. I've tried the B&P drinks, but they only seem to make me more bloated. I would like to Colon Cleanse without making things worse.
How do you know that the probiotics are the best ones to take. I found some refrigerated, they are called flora jen.
They say there are over 11 billion good bacteria in them.
I would like to have bowl movements on my own again. This is my dream, just to be back to normal. Like regular people.
Please help me decide on the best course of action.
