Has anybody had this happen?

This is my 3rd flush and last night I took the empson salt, can you believe I had one bowel movement and I had to push. This morning I had one bowel movement, it was all solid stuff. (Fell to the bottom) No stones. Last time the epson salt emptied out the night before and all I had coming out was liquid. I did feel stuff moving after I took the grapefruit stuff. I follow the Clark method to the tee.

Any ideas what could be happening?
