colonic or enema after flush?

Do you suggest having a colonic or enema after the flush? I gave myself an enema last night before taking the Epsom Salts . I feel really clean and light, but wondering if I should have a colonic or give myself an enema later today or tomorrow.

I keep using the bathroom all this morning and know it will continue for awhile. I'm like where did all this water come from that I keep expelling?! Maybe it's from the enema?
