Q about SWF

I'm gearing up for Flush #7 tomorrow.

I usually get a colonic within 2 days after the flush,
but since my naturopath did a "reimplantation" last time,
she only recommends 1 colonic per month (don't want to
wash out the good stuff).

I want to do flushes more than 1/month!

So, this time I'm planning to try a post-flush salt
water flush.

I have the recipe but am not sure when to drink it-

I'll be drinking the olive oil on Thursday night- should
I drink the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) Friday morning or Saturday??
