What are higher carb veggies that won't exacerbate candida? Potatoes are out. I dunno. Maybe I'll try and see if parsnips treat me better, although they are full of starch.
I cannot derive energy from meat, nuts OR cheese (can't eat this anyway because it's dairy --allergic --and moldy --candida)
Those foods are all full of fat, and this does me no good. IMy tummy will feel fuller but I will still feel tired and hungry.
I don't think there really is an answer for my situation other than cleansing the liver faster than the food I eat can damage it!
Somehow it must be possible to work myself out of this abyss...?
