Cleanse with the flu or cold? Need to know ASAP!!

My sister is ready to do her first flush tonight, but woke up this morning with a doozy of a head cold; congestion, ear pain etc . . . She needs to know if it is still ok to go ahead. Dr. Hulda's instructions say not to do it when sick, but for her its now or wait another good while. What are the reasons not to? Has anyone out there done a cleanse with the flu or cold? What can happen?
