Re: How important is Epsom salt to the Liver Cleanse.

Epsom Salt (magnesium sulphate)is supposed to relax the biliary ducts so stones can pass easily and not get stuck. I have done a couple of flushes without the Epsom Salt drinks. However, now I would never do a flush without taking a couple of Epsom Salt drinks. I am doing my 19th flush tonight, have taken two drinks, and have two more prepared for tomorrow. I don't like them, but they work very well. Now its about time to go juice some lemons and measure out the oil. Say a little prayer for me tonight.
