Hoping liver flush will help

Thanks for the suggestion. I've always had a problem with constipation which is why I'm doing the cleanse and will do my first Liver Flush this weekend. I'm crossing my fingers that it works.

Actually I ended up in the emergency room twice as a child because of severe constipation and both times the doctors just laughed and said, "She's just full of s**t." Apparently they didn't see this as a problem even though I was doubled over in pain (9 and 14 years old).

I bought magnesium citrate (liquid) but now read Epsom Salt is better. Seems that they're both "magnesium" so I don't understand the difference.
