toxins cleanse after flush

I came a cross a topic that recommend cleaning your colon after a liver flush. Isn't Epsom Salt used for that purpose?
If it is not enough, what would be the shortest "oral" procedure (for a day or two at most, as I cannot do it more than that for other conditions)? Sea Salt would do the trick? if yes what dosage and procedure do you recommend? Please be as detailed as you can as I read a lot but couldn't get a clear answer, thank you very much.
