Post Liver Flush

So it's the day AFTER my Liver Flush ended. Had an interesting thing happen. Had a gigantic bowel movement and there was this huge bright green stripe in it! I wonder if this would be the elusive notorious "liver sludge" I've heard tell about.

I wasn't expecting anything else because after my flush I did a colema to get any stragglers out. Happy surprise!
