First Flush results... :D

Hi All,

What an interesting first flush! I got about 70 rice-sized stones (green and brown), and about 20 pea-sized green ones. Could only stomach bout 15ml of my third ES drink so tossed it, juiced a few granny smith apples and added 1tbs ES. It went down in seconds, same with 4th ES drink. OO/GFJ was yummy. :)

By 5pm Sunday diarrhoea had stopped (all I'd had was water and lemonades) but I had jarring pain in my right thigh when I walked and pain on BOTH sides of my rib cage! Aching on the left side and stabbing pains on the right so I came here to look for info. After reading much I decided to have a BIG FATTY MEAL in the hopes it might encourage some other possible stones to pass.

We had sausages and eggs dripping in butter, for dinner last night!

The discomfort and gurgling lasted til I went to sleep and when I woke this morning I did a SWF. As well as undigested food, I passed heaps of pale yellow stones, bout 100 tiny and 10 ranging from pea-size to bout 2cm. Most of the big ones were made up of many little ones.

Right now (10.30am Mon) I'm still getting sore twinges on both sides, specially underneath my last bottom ribs. Feels like my ribs are sticking into me but nothing like yesterday. Think I'll flush again this Friday if the twinges don't go away. Whaddya think?
