Fourth flush results; flush after 10 day MC

300 stones, then I just stopped counting. A half-cup of sludge as well. Stones were green or tan, bb- or lentil-sized, and three soft jet-black stones. No big stones like I have had before, but the volume was amazing. After a 10-day MC, I know there is nothing in there to start with but toxins. This all came from liver/gall bladder. It is such a relief to have this stuff gone, so easy to flush it away forever. Had my first food in more than 2 weeks today; a smoothie with apple juice, a fresh peach, protein powder and superfood.
