Back, ribcage pain - what is it?

I did my second flush, Moritz method, worked well. Lots of green stones. I have developed a dull ache just behind the right ribcage. It sometimes radiates down and feels like I pulled a muscle in my side. Sometimes it becomes a bit sharp. Any ideas on what this is? It doesn't feel like a gb attack.
