First flush results

I did the olive oil and grapefruit at 10 and felt quite ill all night. I must have made 6 trips to the bathroom and at 3:30 threw up oil. At around midnight I passed about 20-25 very small green stones. I actually was amazed. After that, a few more larger green stones but there has been lots of sand looking stuff. Is that normal? I really want to flush again in a couple weeks but am hesitiant because I feel so sick. Any advice on keeping the oil down?
