Intestinal Burning

Hi:
I have been doing Liver Flushes for the past 4 weeks and now am experiencing alot of intestinal burning and constipation and I do not know what to do. I think I have bad bugs like Citrobacter Fruendi and do not know what to do. I am taking alot of probiotics, enzymes. I have also taken Grapefruit Seed Extract and Hydrogen Plus which kills bad bugs. I think I am taking to much of it and it is really distressing me. Does anyone have experiences like this and what did they do about it. Thanks fo any help. It just seems that every time I do another one it gets worse.
