Re: Update 1st flush help please

Hubby and I did flush together, both had runs prior to oil mix. No nausea with E Salts (have tasted better), I liked oil and grapefruit but hubby found it a bit gross. Hubby slept like a baby all night. I had a bit of trouble getting off to sleep (anticipation I think). No pain at all for either of us. I passed 3 stones this morning at 9.00am after first Epsom Salts and 20 after 2nd. Hubby has passed none and it is now 12.30 pm. He has had shoulder and neck pain for years and gets bloated where I have had none of this. Does anyone know how long it might take before he sees stones? He is quite disappointed. I thought he would have a lot as his diet and exercise has not been great over the last couple of years. Would appreciate any commments. Many thanks.
