Do you have back pain all the time or only when you have a gallbladder attack? Back pain during a gall bladder attack means you have a gall stone stuck in your common bile duct which runs from your liver/gallbladder to your duodenum. I found the backpain worse than the "front" pain, so much so that sometimes I couldn't feel the "front" pain.
