Duct blocked after flush

Well, I have a question for the experts here. I did a flush and it worked fine per getting stones out. Prior to doing so, the Ultra Sound showed no stones but only sludge. So I suppose that the stones came from the liver, right?
But unfortunately, a week later I started to feel great deal of pain along with attacks and spotted pain, and some of the nice people of this forum think that the bile duct got blocked after the flush, which it can be good if we look at the bright side that the stones are moving out.

Now, I am planning to do another flush asap. My question is how would I know if the stones blocking the duct get out after the planned flush? Is passing any stones means that the duct got open? or I can pass stones yet the duct remains blocked? Thanks.
