Calling all Flush Vets

Hi everyone - just had a few questions. I am new to the liver/gallstone flush (same thing?) and wanted to get a little more detail. I am in my upper 20s, physically fit and do my best to lead a healthy lifestyle. I do not experience any pains or attacks as many people have mentioned on this site, so my question is: is it safe to flush without any known, obvious ailments? I do feel bloated and gassy a lot (also harbor constant pains/soreness in my right neck/shoulder) and want to get my body working at its peak performance.

I am concerned, however, that if I do flush, will it "stir" up any trouble in the gallbladder or other region? I understand that I will need to flush several times for optimum health/ well being, but I am afraid of 'permanent' side effects that could result. What is your take on this? Is it safe for everyone?

I had successfully completed the lemonade fast in January and am planning on #2 within the next month or two. In the meantime, I wanted to rid my body of stones. Any input and advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
