Well they have allowed the aboriginals self government but under certain restriction according to the Canadian law. They are going to try to attempt the same kind of thing with sharia in Ontario where there would be an islamic court and once the rulings are made they would have to be approved and stamped by a canadian court judge.
I saw on TV...(or the Shaytaan box) that there are goups of muslims rallying NOT to have sharia! most are from Iran where they wouldnt know sharia if they were hit in the head with it. They were making up lies about sharia... well actually the stories might have been true allahu alam but their country practices such a distorted version of sharia (and islam) that maybe these people dont even know what the true sharia is. I dont think if you are not a practicing muslim that you would go through the mulsim court I think it is a choice for those practicing islam in ontario to do so. Tweet
