Black spots in my eyes.

I have black spots in the white of my eyes. One is at about 2o'clock left eye.Another one is at 10 o'clock right eye. Does this mean I have upper cervical vertebrae? Do you know what can resolve this? I am trying to conceive for 1 year. Do you think this could be affecting me trying to conceive? I understand it is some spinal related.I have done Liver Cleansing once and basic intestinal cleanse and will be doing more cleanses in the next few months. Do you think this can solve my problem, upper cervical vertebrae?
