worried about my veins on my eyeball.

hi, does anyone know, can anyone help. my friend has worried me and its over a week till I can see my doctor.... some of the veins on my sclera look like they have spots at the end of them, like pin prick sized deep red spots. i have two at the top of my right eye (left hand side) and one on my left eye in the opposing place.
i am 27 and suffer badly with migraine and IBS.
any ideas? I am quite concerned, they've been there for over a year, but never really thought about it much before my friend mentioned it.
