Mine change colour as well...in fact, the same exact colours as yours (and at the same times). I think it has more to do with what you're feeling/experiencing than anything having to do with nutritional intake. Just because your eyes change colour doesn't mean something is wrong. Is the change throughout the whole iris? Or just flecks here and there? If it is just flecks then I would consider cleaning things up with juicing etc.; if the change is throughout, just enjoy your beautiful eyes
