Depends on what you mean by "just above the pupil". Adjacent to, or is it halfway from pupil to iris, or closer to the iris?

Generally means a block in the colon. are you nursing the baby? Did you just change brands of formula? I'm guessing the infant does not agree with the formula you are using. In general no dairy the first year is the wisest choice. so typically a soy formula with some added slippery elm bark and or some EFAs containing GLA {Evenening Primrose Oil-a few drops}.
