I just popped on to this board today, but I see that Shelley Cat has a post further down which mentions Perelandra. I, myself, use the kinsiology method which is used at Perelandra, using the thumb and pinky finger of the non-dominant hand. Check it out; there are also interesting books on an unusual Medical Assistance Program and Flower Essences.
