Re: O.K. so to test a food...?

HI Nordskoven,
You can ask, but you should not ask in any way that might flavor the outcome. It was suggested to me that I say, "I'm curious to know if this (food, spice, whatever) is something I should use."

I actually hold the item but I have heard of people not holding and just aksing and getting a response. One lady asked if she could test for her cat, got a yes, and determined the number of pills to give for a health problem the cat had.

The muscle test by Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad (at NAET.com) uses the "0" ring to determine allergies to foods. Making a ring by touching your pointing finger to your thumb, and having the food/allergen in the other hand, (can be in a baby food jar), using the pointing finger of the hand holding the jar, try to 'open' the ring on the other hand. If the item is an allergen, the 'ring' will be easy to open, if not an allergen the ring stays closed.

You might find her book,Say Goodbye to Illness, an interesting read. I got mine as a used book at Amazon. Omie
