arthritis

a lot of times in my knees i get stiffness and right now my left knee is acting up. it feels stiff and painful if i have to bend it. i do not believe in going to doctors and do not use most conventional treatments. is there a natural way to treat arthritis. someone i knew once had fluid around the knee due to Arthritis and had it aspirated by needle and since my knee is slightly swollen that scares me a bit but i would NEVER agree to a needle aspiration anyway.any natural remedies you could suggest would be appreciated. thank you, moonstar1313.
