Urinary Tract Infection frequency!!!!!

I have had too many urinary tract infections and Have had one for awhile now and I don't want to take anymore antibotics. They don't know why i keep getting them. I am worried because I am afraid it is going to hurt my kidneys. It could be a bladder infection now but its getting worse. Any thing I could do to eliminate this without Antibiotics ? I read a site from painless joe but couldn't find which one it was. Thanks!!
