Interstitial Cystitis

I trying to understand what is going on with my bladder. I suspect I have Interstitial Cystitis.
If you have experience with IC, could somebody answer me, Is it suppose to be leukocytes or blood in urine? Just no bacteria found in culture test.

Please help me. I don’t have medical insurance. I need to understand what is going on?
I am just wasting my money on doctors and Antibiotics and I am on constant discomfort and pain.
