Re: white grains in Urine?

My husband also has this, every few weeks, first thing in the morning. We havn't got a clue either. He says it is painful, like passing grains of salt. I tell him to drink plenty of water, and usually the second time in the day he goes its a bit better, the third time practically normal. It can leave him feeling weak.
