? about interstitial cystitis and liver cleanse

I decided to make this a seperate posting. My sister is beginning to have problems similar to those I was having with gallbladder problems, her doctor is treating her for gastritis (sounds like the same route they used on me). My sis don't think thats whats wrong at all, she knows what that feels like. She wants to try the cleanse but is afraid . . . She has major problems with CHRONIC INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS that she has finally gotten under control with diet and suppliments and don't want to have it flare up again. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE CLEANSE MIGHT FLARE IT UP? If the Epsom Salts or toxins released into the body might cause her problems?

I really need some help with this asap. She is not well and really uncomfortable. Her health has not been good for 15+ years and she is only a young woman.
