How about 7 days?
Hi. I'm doing this cleanse for my 3.5th time (three point fifth time, not thirty-fifth). I did it twice in the first quarter of this year, then did a mini-cleanse for a day or two in early summer.
The first cleanse I went 9 days. The next one, which was a month later, I could only handle 7 days and I was starving like crazy the whole time and couldn't go a step further without breaking the fast. Maybe that was the indicator that I had cleansed all I needed to?
I lost all the weight I wanted to lose on the first two cleanses. It stayed off from April till August. Somehow my weight began creeping up and I gained 7 lbs (probably too much chips and stuff on mad-rush packed afternoon trips to a lake during hot summer weather).
Now I'm just doing the cleanse to lose 7
lbs. I determined that I'd stay on
The Master Cleanse till I lose 7 lbs or for 7 days, whichever comes first.
I'm on day 2 right now and doing fine so far. No major cravings. So much easier this third time around than the first 2.5.
My question: is 7 days OK? I've read in the archives someone asking about 10 days, and something to do with you need 8-10 days for meat to digest or something, and some other reasons I can't recall.
So, what if I just do 7 days again this time? Is there any downfall in doing that? Or is it better than not at all?
