Re: How long until I can repeat the fast?

I did my second Master-Cleanse 2 1/2 weeks after ending the first one. I really think it would have been better to wait a month. I read about a mucus cure fast (and I can't remember where) that said to drink two cups of prune juice early in the morning, then drink nothing but appljuice and pure water for the rest of the day. I tried this and got rid of a lot of stuff. You need to have a bathroom close in the morning though.
