i can't help because this didn't happen to me (though it was one of my biggest fears during the MC), but I can offer my sympathy.
It is weird that it worked before for you and then didn't work using the same formula. I was always VERY uncomfortable while I was waiting for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to flush through me, so I can imagine how awful it would be to wait and wait and have no flush!!!!
