I have passed several stones, only a few dark green, but tons of brownish yellow stones and plenty of bile. You will get liquid stools with it, and your butt might burn (from the cayenne), but I think it works great and is much easier to take than Epsom Salts and olive oil. I feel it working too. Lots of gurguling in my system when I use it.

I like the whole Nature's Secret cleansing line of products. I use it for parasite, bowel and candida cleansing.
