Bright green, dark green, tan, black - what does it all mean?

I had huge stones this 3rd flush that were bright green - I thought if I turned the lights off they would glow. .. LOL. Also had dark green, tan and some black stones - I am pleased with the amount, though I am not counting.

What does it all mean, the different colours? I am really curious!! Which colour is best? How can we promote the best coloured ones to come out, along with the others? Also, I got very crampy in lower abdomen after - applied heat, but think I had gunk from flush not coming out - suggestions? Please, other than enemas - we are not friends, enema and I.
