Re: Epsom v. Mag Citrate

I agree about the Epsom Salts . I did my 3rd flush this weekend (Dr. Clark's protocol w/epsom salt)_and I don't think I can stand to ever use it again. I want to know how much mag. citrate to use. There is a product at my local health food store called Natural Calm that is powdered mag. citrate. 3 tsps. is around 600 mg. It is mixed with water and has a pleasant taste. I would like to know how much of this product to use.
My next flush will be using this product but I don't want to waste the time and effort and not use the right amt.
I was having severe diahrrea starting after my 2nd dose of es with having to get up in the night and then the next day I would have rectal bleeding (not much) along with the diahrrea. This seems so hard on my body.
