You already received good suggestions above, but since we all react differently here is my 2 pennies worth...
I use abt 25 drops of good quality valerian tincture, plus about 4 tablets of L-ornithine, this way I sleep like a baby ( well, almost) the night after the OG drink. L-ornithine alone does not do a thing for me, and perhaps I could leave it out all together. The melatonin works, put only after I have taken it for a week or so.
