Early Results are in....

Good morning to all you flushers! Hubby and I are doing flush (last night). It's his first, and my second. We're just about to take our last Epsom Salt (had to adjust the schedule by 2:15 due to his work schedule).

He's passed his first few stones, and is happy the nausea has passed. He felt aweful when he woke up, but just has the "gurgly tummy" now.

I've passed about 60 stones so far, but all SO small. Still early, so hoping to pass a lot more and a some bigger ones too.

We both have excema, so we're hoping to see some improvement, even short term. We'll be doing this together again at the first of March (I'm continuing the Master-Cleanse until then.)

We'll report in later with final results. Thanks for all the posts. It's nice to have this to research when questions come up!
