I am sure everyone does this differently, but this is the advice I pulled from this forum:
Start with one P&B shake per day. Do this for one week, then increase to twice daily for a week, then maintain at three times per day. Per Shelleycat, this should really exercise the colon and clean things up. The directions I follow are:
Mix 1 tablespoon of liquid
Bentonite and 1 teaspoon of powered psyllium with 8-10
oz. water or diluted juice. Shake and drink immediately. Follow this with another 8-10
oz. glass of water. This is in addition to your daily water intake of half your body weight in ounces.
Take these shakes at least one hour before or after taking any supplements, herbs, medications, etc.
If anyone else has different instructions to recommend, please let me know. But this recipe is really working to get me going!
