Doing a first LF tonight - a little sceptical

I am coming to the end of a juice fast and plan to do my first ever Liver Flush tonight. During the past two days, in preparation for the flush, I juiced lots of apples and took two tablespoons of Olive-Oil each day.

Every morning I have been doing a Salt Water Flush and I always pass an amount of fecal matter with it, rather watery. I am familiar with the amount etc. (sorry to be graphic here).

Anyway since I started taking the two spoons of olive oil I have noticed that the familiar fecal matter is now the same amount but is formed into balls about double pea sized - there are about 100 of them in the loo in the morning. This is definitely the same fecal matter as I have been seeing for the last weeks but is formed into balls now. Two mornings ago I saw an amount of green in the loo too. This doesn't support the common view that such balls are gall stones. Any opinions welcome.

By the way I will be monitoring everything this evening and making my notes. I am carefully weighing myself and will watch for any extra loss etc. Also, any variations on what I have seen produced so far will be reported here, just in case I have been too hasty in my view so far or get good reason to change it.

One question: Since I have been juice fasting for 20 days now and taken no solid foods how is it that each day with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) I pass fecal matter? Are the juice nutrients being converted to fecal matter on a daily basis or is this matter coming from some stored matter in my body that is being eliminated due to the fast? It is not particularly dark or anything, the usual colour. Any ideas would be welcome.
