1st Liver Cleanse

I did my first liver cleanse Sat. and got about 100 stones out. My question is about the Epsom Salts . After the 2nd dosage
Friday nite I had "severe" diarrhea. After I went to bed at 10:00 I had to get up at 11:00 with diarrhea. After that I was
okay until after the next dose Sat. morning. I must say my backside was getting very sore. Is this normal. From
some of the messages I have read, it sounds like some people don't have diarrhea until the next day. I wondered if I
should cut back on the amt. of Epsom Salts or was I having a reaction to it?
I would appreciate any help with this question. I feel like the flush was a success and look forward to doing it again
even though I had all this diarrhea. I worried about getting dehydrated from it as Dr. Clark says not to drink anything
during the cleanse.
