Have you seen the posts from people who had very swollen gb? I forget exactly who it was but she saw her gb shrink millimeters on the ultrasound after doing flushes. :)

My naturpathic doctor's flush recipe was in two dosages 30 minutes apart, and that's how I like to do them so that I don't immediately drink more than I can handle. So yes, I think your recipe sounds great, especially for a first timer.

Keep in mind tho, that you want no more than a 2 to 1 ratio on juice to oil. the oil is what will make the liver expel stones, the juice is what will make the GB contract more than usual. So since his GB is inflamed, you may want to keep the ratio down below 2 to 1. Just a thought. :)

Remember, this is NOT an exact science, we all experiment and see what works, see what we're comfortable with. Taking baby steps is much better than doing nothing at all! :)
